Brands to know.

You know when you read interviews in fashion magazines and they ask the questions “what are your favourite labels?” etc. and the person being interviewed is always like “Prada, Gucci. Versace, Hugo Boss, Chanel…etc.”? Like the typical, typical brands which absolutely EVERYONE would most likely know of. For some strange reason, all I have wanted to do today is go on the internet in the search of the best labels which may have been around for a super long time and yet you might not even be too overly familiar with the label itself. Not because it isn’t fabulous but maybe because of the two following reasons: a) Too hard to pronounce or b) No one wears it because they cannot pronounce it. So either way, you get the gist. I totally realised though that if I ever get asked that very same cliche-all-fashion-mags-ask-it question, I will be totally prepared as a I belt out “Day Birger et Mikkelsen” and “Rue du Mail” as my two absolute faves. Because aside from Matthew Williamson, Chanel, Marchesa, Louis Vuitton and Prada; I really do like the sound of the other two. So, with that said…interview anyone?
